Deposits: 16ph Casino accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Deposit funds are credited to your Account balance upon successful confirmation by the payment provider. • Accessing the Platform through automated bots, scrapers, or any non-human interface without prior written consent from 16ph Casino.

• Attempting to access another player's Account without authorization.

16ph Casino reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

Upon closure of an Account for a Terms breach, 16ph Casino reserves the right to withhold any bonus-derived winnings. Real-money deposits will be reviewed and returned to the original deposit source where legally permissible, subject to verification of the account holder's identity.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days of the dispute being formally raised, the matter shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, and both parties irrevocably submit to that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents 16ph Casino from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
